Noise Singapore

Was helping a couple of friends out for Noise Singapore Public Exhibition. We were given this two walls and we decorated it with many many SMILES!
Here is the idea, You can take any smiles you like from the walls, and make sure you return one with the post it note provided and paste it back at the place where you take the smile from! :)

It was really fun experience. and was glad to see so many return post it with interesting and some heart-warming messages~ :)

Last year Christmas

The cards I did for my friends for Christmas last year.

I was suppose to post it after they all have received my cards, but I forgot about it (due to all the gatherings and   new year partying) :X

I'm glad they like it. each card was drawn from my point of view of them and their favourite thing.

and of cos with heart-warming messages to each of them ^^

Plushie completes

Have I not posted any pic on the final product of the plushie?

After I hand this Stoneboy plushie to them, there was a simple discussion on doing a Stanley plushie too, not sure if  Stanely will really be made into a plushie or not cos this is already bigger than A4 size, imagine how HUGE the Stanely plushie would be.   :O

stitching up a plushie...

last few days have been busy trying my best to stitch up a plushie for my ex boss. Stoneboy, this character is the main character of the whole animation series "Stoneboy" which I was involved in.

DIY masquerade Mask

tada~! i had designed a masquerade mask for a dance performance i'm participating in!
we are doing a dance to Namie Amuro's Do Me More. its slightly sexy feel kind of dance. :P
And we will be wearing this mask during the performance!
Performance will be Tomorrow (15May2011) afternoon at about 2pm at Liang Court.

Update.
After working on this mask i realise there is a mistake in the procedure.
the lace should be paste on the mask before the glitter, otherwise the lace will fall off easily cos it doesn's stick well in the uneven glittery surface. 
After two performaces, the mask had become more or less destroyed because the lace couldn't stick well on the uneven surface. 
So, the glitter must be put on in the last step, covering the whole mask and brush off after that, the remaining will stick on to the mask :)

Productive New Year

Yesterday 1st Jan 2011, i spend the whole day at home :D
(i dun like to be squeezing in e huge public crowd anyway :D)
so Nani came over and we did some handicrafts!
i had a few plastic sheets which i think is starting to collect dust in my room >.<
so had to get rid of it :P

we thought the whole drawing and baking it into acrylic won't take up much time
but who know, just a blink of an eye we spend the whole 8hour(?!) doing these acrylic pieces.

 Copic markers works really well with this plastic sheet! the outcome on the acrylic is very nice~

 I used a gold marker for e writing, the result is a surprise! the wordings have a pop up feel~ so cool~

2 more bracelets done~!!

TADA!

i spent the last weekend happily working on these bracelet until

i got so engrossed in it that i'm working on a new one

it will be a all white bracelet.

(The white and blue one would be for my mum upcoming birthday present in a month time :D)

by working on these, i had not touch my laptop for about two days!

somehow... i sort of felt that i'm slightly healthier! LOL

and gain a teeny weeny bit of satisfaction that i actually touch my art n craft stuff and 

clear them away from dust.

A bag i did for my friend's 24th Birthday.

Because she thinks pig is e most cutest thing on earth

and i also combine 1 element from her personality

which is "Blur-ness"

it amuse me sometime to see how a person who is only one year older than me can get so blur!

I'm glad she likes the bag a lot and went showing off to everyone she sees
